Semifreddo is a restaurant project with over ten years of history, that has been listed as one of the top one hundred restaurants in the world by San Pellegrino.
The restaurant is located at the two storey mansion. Two large verandas flank both sides of the building. The verandas are characterised by the exposed brick walls of the building.
The main hall is located on the first floor and maintains a light minimalist environment, accented with a bar stand and back wall in American walnut panelling.
The two Michelin star chef Nino Graziano cooks at the restaurant himself. Diners can observe the best Italian chef in Moscow at work in his kitchen, which is open to the dining hall.
