Between Two Worlds

Artshows

The exhibition was dedicated to the traditions and customs related to burial and death in Judaism, as reflected in documentary and cultural practices.

The exposition was divided into four themes. The exhibits were placed inside metal segments that formed a symbolic circle around the largest exhibit – a nineteenth century catafalque from Transylvania.

We have tried several solutions to find what exhibition strategy fits the exhibits best.

The exhibits used in the art show all vary in size and media. It called for combining different protection, from flat glass for archive documents and photos to glass covers for voluminous items.
